No — retail customers can check out as a guest. Only wholesale (bulk) customers need to register an account, which requires admin approval before wholesale pricing unlocks.

How do I get wholesale pricing?

Register a wholesale account with your business details. Once our team approves it, you'll automatically see wholesale prices and minimum order quantities on every product.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Cash on Delivery. Online payment options (bKash/Nagad) are coming soon.

How can I track my order?

Use the Track Order page with your Order Number and the phone number you used at checkout.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes — after tracking your order, click "Download Invoice" to view a printable invoice you can save as PDF.
